Events at Jing Jing
This week our students enjoyed their first Health & Wellbeing session. Our Cultural theme this term is “A journey through India”
Mrs Helin incorporated this concept into her YOGA lesson. The children were encouraged to walk like a peacock, move like an Indian elephant, leap forward and back like a tiger, lay on their tummy and stretch up like a cobra and crawl like a crab.
Our students are so lucky to have this opportunity to experience YOGA as part of their weekly curriculum.
